Carrie is currently the Vice President, Human Resources for Mall of America. She has served in several HR executive roles at companies in a wide variety of industries, with more than 30 years of HR experience and a record of accomplishments in her wake. Carrie is passionate about building strategies and initiatives focused on solving business and people challenges. She actively influences organizational change and strategies in support of workforce engagement. Carrie holds a B.S degree in Business Administration and a M.S. in Human Resources.
