Xiaoyan Luo is the Director of Public Relations of AMCO (Alliance of Minnesota Chinese Organizations). She is also a senior MC for events at MOA (Moon Festival and Lunar New Year Celebrations). With a passion for introducing Asian cultures to local communities, she brings extensive experience in cultural celebrations and has worked with many Asian artists and performers at various stages in Twin Cities. Xiaoyan's dedication to cultural performances is evident through her continuous advocacy and hands-on involvement in community programs.
