Local franchisee owner and operator, Kim Cassens, opened her first Nothing Bundt Cakes store in Minnetonka, MN in 2015. After 7 years of valuable industry experience and a profitable operation of a single store, Cassens began multi-unit franchise expansion throughout the Twin Cities. Joe Cassens, Kim’s son and business partner, joined the leadership team in spring 2023. Together Kim and Joe Cassens lead the operations and staff at Nothing Bundt Cake stores in Minnetonka, Eden Prairie, Eagan, Bloomington at Mall of America and a brand new store opening soon in Prior Lake-Savage, Minnesota. These local stores continually give back to their respective communities and bring joy to customers through their delectable products and exceptional customer service.
