Presented by Bloomington Minnesota Travel and Tourism the official destination marketing organization for the city of Bloomington, Minn.
[00:00:00] Mall of America, it's home to world-class shopping, great dining, and amazing attractions and events.
[00:00:05] And these are our stories presented by Bloomington, Minnesota Travel and Tourism.
[00:00:12] Hey, Mall of America fans. I am Jill Renslow, your host for today's show, joined by my co-host,
[00:00:17] Dan Jasper. Welcome, Dan.
[00:00:19] Hey, Jill.
[00:00:20] We are talking all things holiday gifts. And so we're super excited to bring this episode
[00:00:24] to you as we are all planning for the upcoming holiday season. We're right in the middle of
[00:00:28] it. And so Mall of America is a great place to come for all things holiday. And we want
[00:00:34] to help you find those perfect special gifts to put under the tree. So we have two guests
[00:00:38] with us today with very unique products, which I think everybody's looking for those unique
[00:00:43] items that they can purchase. So first up, we have Lizzie Newsome, who is the owner of Kappa
[00:00:48] Toys, and also Haley Matthew Jones, who is the owner of the Minneapolis Craft Market, and
[00:00:54] who's going to have a month-long event pop up here at the mall. Super excited about all
[00:00:59] the different makers that you're going to have for us to check out. So welcome, ladies.
[00:01:04] Welcome to So Much More.
[00:01:05] Thanks so much.
[00:01:06] Yeah. Thanks for having us.
[00:01:06] So Haley, I'm going to start with you. Kick us off. So you come from across the pond,
[00:01:11] from London. How'd you like that, Dan? A little bit of my accent.
[00:01:14] That was a pretty good job. I liked it.
[00:01:16] But you are going to bring a variety of makers here to Mall of America. And we love these type
[00:01:21] of retail experiences because you bring a little bit of something for everyone on your list. So
[00:01:26] tell us a little bit about your inspiration coming from London and how you wanted to bring that
[00:01:29] here to Minnesota, and more importantly, here to Mall of America.
[00:01:33] Yeah. So I've been in Minneapolis since 2008 now, so quite a while. And in 2015,
[00:01:38] I founded Minneapolis Craft Market because at that time, there really weren't any weekly
[00:01:43] arts and crafts markets. There were kind of farmers markets or there were annual craft fairs. And there
[00:01:48] wasn't anything like that weekly pop-up scene. And so I kind of waited for a while for someone else to
[00:01:55] start that. And when no one did, my background is in event production. And so I felt like, well,
[00:02:00] I know how to do this. I have all the tools that I need to do this myself. And I envisioned it being
[00:02:07] somewhat temporary and definitely very much a side gig. And it just really took off. I think
[00:02:12] the audience here and the community here was really ready for something like that. And so it went from
[00:02:18] what I thought was going to be a few weekends a year to doing it full-time since 2017. So it's
[00:02:25] a really fun time. It's something that's really been adopted by the Minnesota community. And so we
[00:02:34] pop up at all different venues around the Twin Cities, including now Mall of America.
[00:02:38] We love it. Now you're going to be located on the level one between kind of Kate Spade and L.L.
[00:02:43] Bean on that Southeast corner. So give us an example of a few of the makers that are going to
[00:02:48] be in your space and what people can look forward to.
[00:02:50] Yeah. So we're going to have almost 40 makers in the space. And so we're open Black Friday and then
[00:02:55] just on weekends. And it's going to be kind of a traditional market space in there. So all of our
[00:03:01] vendors will be on site every weekend. Our tagline is meet your maker. And so I think that,
[00:03:06] you know, it's a little dry acerbic British wit for you there. But like that,
[00:03:10] that thing of being able to meet the person who made your products is really important to us.
[00:03:15] And so all of the goods in there are handmade locally here in Minnesota. And so we really wanted
[00:03:21] to foster community connections and give people a chance to meet the people that are actually
[00:03:27] designing and making those products. So we have everything from jewelry to home goods,
[00:03:32] decor, candles, toys, pet goods, all kinds of things, all handmade right here.
[00:03:38] Fantastic. I love it. And Lizzie, your space is up right around the corner from Macy's on the level
[00:03:44] two south side. Talk to us about Capitois and kind of how you got started here at Mall of America and
[00:03:51] what this, you know, like give a visual of the store if you can paint a picture.
[00:03:54] Oh, wow. That's, that is an interesting picture to paint. The way I explain it to a lot of visitors
[00:03:59] is go to the Lego store and go up a level because that's an easy way to find us. It's a little bit
[00:04:04] noticeable for a kid. Capitois is really like a curated celebration of toys that everyone loves.
[00:04:13] So toys that grownups grew up with and still love, but toys that kids might not have been exposed to
[00:04:20] yet. And then also the hot new crazy toys that, that kids are looking for. Although we work really
[00:04:26] hard to find ones that will stay popular or stay relevant the next year. So we're not going to
[00:04:32] necessarily have the trend toy that's selling out at Target because you wouldn't want that next year.
[00:04:38] It's not very memorable if you pull it out of the toy box later. So everything's a little bit higher
[00:04:43] quality and a little bit more special. The store is super bright and colorful. The staff are just all
[00:04:49] toy collectors. So you can talk to anyone in Capitois about their favorite toy. They're going to have a
[00:04:55] whole list to show you. I love it. Well, you have a collection of fun things in front of you. So
[00:05:00] those that are watching on YouTube versus listening, we have a fun little collection. So give us some
[00:05:05] ideas of things that you brought with you today to showcase. Okay. So selection wise, this is
[00:05:11] definitely part of our hot toy list for 2024. The big guy here is a monsterkin. He's from Wild Republic.
[00:05:18] He's made of recycled plastic from plastic bottles. So we call them save the world monsters.
[00:05:23] And the design is super amazing. We have adults buy them for themselves all the time,
[00:05:28] but kids are really attracted to them as well.
[00:05:30] I kind of want that. And for those that are listening, it's kind of this big stuffed
[00:05:35] teal with eyeballs out of its head and a purple fingernail. It's awesome. Actually,
[00:05:42] it looks really fun.
[00:05:43] It's very squishy.
[00:05:43] Yes. He's my favorite one. This is Trashzilla, but there's like six different styles depending
[00:05:48] on what's sold out. And he might be one of our Black Friday specials. So keep an eye on
[00:05:54] our social media so you could come and get some Trashzilla or just any monsterkin. And then
[00:05:59] I brought a baby Manshishi, a baby Shishi, which is like the newer Manshishi from Japan. Manshishi
[00:06:05] is very well known in the US because Mattel brought them over in like 78, 79 with this like
[00:06:10] pushy ad campaign with a theme song that everyone knows. I'm curious actually, Hayley, if you're
[00:06:15] familiar with Manshishi.
[00:06:17] I am not familiar, but I might be off to this holiday season.
[00:06:20] Yeah. Well, so they were all over Europe as well in the 70s and 80s. So not quite our
[00:06:24] generation, but like our aunts and uncles are often the age group that really remembers
[00:06:29] them. So we have so many adults come in and sing the song at them and get emotional.
[00:06:35] Are they collectibles or what do you do with them?
[00:06:37] They're collectibles, but they're also one of the best first baby dolls. The traditional
[00:06:43] Manshishi has a built-in pacifier, no small parts. So it's safety tested for two plus,
[00:06:48] which is actually kind of rare to find. And they're kind of like an action figure meets
[00:06:52] a baby doll. But adult women have started collecting them as well as just like fashion forward folks.
[00:06:57] They've gotten popular to hide in pockets or, you know, decorate with. And I mean, I see
[00:07:03] so many like 50-year-olds like start crying when they see them.
[00:07:07] Interesting.
[00:07:07] Yeah. It's one of my favorite gifts to bring from Santa.
[00:07:10] Okay. And you have to tell us what this Neato Nice Ice Baby.
[00:07:13] Yes. So Neato is kind of becoming an evergreen craze now, and they keep developing the coolest,
[00:07:20] most high-quality stress toys. And this is a special item they made for their independent
[00:07:26] channel stores. They made a baby version of their viral Nice Cube, and then they made a giant
[00:07:33] version called the Nice Berg. The Nice Berg is very heavy.
[00:07:37] It is.
[00:07:37] Yes. The Baby Cube is, it's got all the same skills. So if you mash it all the way down,
[00:07:43] it pops back up, which is so satisfying. They're beautiful and translucent. They do fog up when you
[00:07:48] play with them, but you can wash them with like Dawn dish soap and they clear up. I'm not going to
[00:07:52] lie. They will explode if somebody is really rough with them, but they are the highest quality of the
[00:07:58] stress ball toys. So they're going to give you the most bang for your buck.
[00:08:01] Well, I love it. You mentioned, I mean, it's a nice size for a stocking stuffer.
[00:08:04] Yes.
[00:08:04] And who doesn't need a little stress device, whether it's college kids or working adults or kids? I
[00:08:09] mean, it's really a gift for all ages.
[00:08:11] And these are only $2.99. So people are like buying a pile of them. And then we also brought a
[00:08:16] Tokidoki Unicorno. This just happens to be from the Luck series.
[00:08:20] I love the names of these toys.
[00:08:23] They're awesome. And that one's really fun looking, kind of emerald green and a crown
[00:08:28] and on its head and a unicorn horn. And my granddaughter would be absolutely in love with
[00:08:34] that actually.
[00:08:35] And these are true surprise boxes. So you open it up and you don't know which one you're getting.
[00:08:38] Blind boxes.
[00:08:39] Yes. That's a big trend. They like to get the surprise.
[00:08:42] I love doing that. And I get frustrated too, right?
[00:08:45] That's not the one I wanted.
[00:08:46] Well, at Kappa Toys, we have open ones in our trading case. And if you buy the surprise box
[00:08:51] at our store, you can trade with us and maybe get one you wanted or one you didn't have. So
[00:08:55] it's a safer place for surprise boxes.
[00:08:57] That's a really good idea because there's nothing more frustrating than you buy blind boxes and
[00:09:02] you get like three of the same one and you're missing the one, right? The one in your set. But
[00:09:07] that's awesome that you guys traded.
[00:09:08] I never knew you were so into these blind boxes.
[00:09:10] Yes, I am. I know.
[00:09:12] Campling with toys.
[00:09:13] I know.
[00:09:13] Campling with toys.
[00:09:14] They're so fun, right? And I have to say that I did pick up the nice Berg,
[00:09:19] which is the big stress ball cube thing. And it's like a workout.
[00:09:23] It's heavy.
[00:09:24] It's like you can do curls with that or something, right? It's very fun. I love that.
[00:09:29] They're popular with physical therapists as well as honestly anyone with autism or just sensory
[00:09:35] needs because it's a very good focus toy.
[00:09:37] I love it. Well, let's keep with the trend of what's hot for the holidays. So talk a little bit,
[00:09:41] Haley, about with the makers that are coming in. You said there was a very diverse set of different
[00:09:46] categories that you're going to be selling. What are some of those hot gift items that people
[00:09:49] should be looking for?
[00:09:50] Yeah. One of the makers that I'm really excited about is called the Makers Den and they do 3D
[00:09:54] printing. So they just do all of these kinds of cool like toys or decorations, kind of these really
[00:10:02] elaborate 3D printed dragons, just really cool, fun stuff that I've never really seen anywhere else.
[00:10:08] And so I think that technology is so cool to see it developing and how people are making those types
[00:10:14] of things at home is really interesting to me because I think the price of that technology has
[00:10:19] come down so much in recent years that it's become more affordable for homemakers to kind of try those
[00:10:25] types of things. We also have some really beautiful handmade jewelry. So we have Susan Horowitz,
[00:10:31] who's a local fine jeweler. She'll be in store every weekend. So I think, you know,
[00:10:36] gifting for mom, those types of, you know, something really special. I think she's going to
[00:10:42] be awesome. And then we also have Dewwood's son, who's a local woodworker. He makes some of those
[00:10:49] really big, beautiful Adirondack chairs. And so I think those are fun. We're going to have a big one
[00:10:53] in the store for people to come and get their picture taken on. I know those are always a big hit at
[00:10:57] like the state fair and stuff as well. So how does that work? If somebody wants to purchase
[00:11:02] an Adirondack chair, how do they get that home? Yeah, they would actually work directly with
[00:11:07] the maker and I believe they offer delivery options. So yeah, you don't have to necessarily
[00:11:11] be able to take it with you that day. They can coordinate that for you. And then we also have
[00:11:15] Karen Morris Millinery. So I can never say that word. Karen Morris Millinery. So she's a hat maker.
[00:11:22] And she does the most beautiful, custom, unique, one-of-a-kind hats. And so you may have seen her
[00:11:28] pieces at like the Derby in the summer and the horse races. She makes these really beautiful pieces
[00:11:36] for every occasion. And so if you have holiday parties to go to, things like that, or with Easter
[00:11:41] and the, you know, horse racing opening up again next spring, those are really fun. And she'll be in
[00:11:46] store every weekend and can take custom orders as well. Well, and I love that because I think there's a
[00:11:50] huge trend towards customization, personalization to be able to, especially if you're planning in
[00:11:55] advance and give yourself a little bit of time to get that done before the holidays happen. But talk
[00:12:01] about if there's any other fun customization or personalization opportunities in your space.
[00:12:06] Yeah. So some of our makers have customer ornaments and woodwork. Awesome Industries is another one.
[00:12:12] He makes kind of home decor with these very fun, sarcastic sayings on a lot of pop culture,
[00:12:18] nerdery, those types of things. And he makes everything from scratch at home. So he has
[00:12:22] a laser engraver and can, you know, design custom pieces there. We also have people who do
[00:12:28] holiday ornaments and jewelry and things like that. So almost all of our makers,
[00:12:33] because they make everything from scratch themselves, if you don't see what you exactly
[00:12:37] want, most of them can make that for you. So it's always worth asking if it's something that
[00:12:42] they take custom orders for. Can you paint a picture of what guests might experience as they
[00:12:48] walk into the space? Because it's hard to imagine. Sure.
[00:12:50] You know, is it, how are you going to craft the image and the feel within the space for 40 different
[00:12:56] makers? Yeah. So one of the things that I love about how our makers handle pop-ups and things is
[00:13:02] that they get so creative in, you give them whatever footprint, so 10 by 10, and they make it come to
[00:13:08] life. And so I think it's really cool to see just the character and individuality that each maker puts
[00:13:15] into their booth. And because they'll be on site every weekend, they will be there to talk you through
[00:13:20] the products and stuff. But basically we'll have almost 40 individual booths set up with the person
[00:13:25] there who made the products. And so we're envisioning just a really festive, full space, full of all kinds
[00:13:33] of different things for everyone on your list. And artistic. We're not just going to have 40 tables set up.
[00:13:37] This is going to be an experience as guests come in, right? Absolutely. They make it feel like a real
[00:13:41] store, you know? And even if it's just a temporary thing, they put so much effort and love into
[00:13:45] showcasing their products. I love that. I have one more gift question, if I may, really quickly.
[00:13:50] What suggestions would you have for a son for maybe a dad who's 64, who's awesome,
[00:13:55] that they should get there? I am just asking for a friend.
[00:13:58] Yeah. I mean, you know, I feel like in Minnesota, you can never have too many hats, beanies,
[00:14:03] those types of things. Those are great stocking stuffers. Like I said, the wooden furniture,
[00:14:09] I think, is always a nice option if you have a backyard or you like to grill. We have those kinds
[00:14:15] of things. If you have a man cave or some kind of shed in your house, like we have, yeah, like I said,
[00:14:21] Awesome Industries has lots of great decor for that type of thing. I love it.
[00:14:26] We also have apparel if you're, if you wear clothes, if you're a person who wears clothes.
[00:14:30] I know. I do wear clothes, ironically.
[00:14:33] There you go. There you go.
[00:14:34] Thank goodness.
[00:14:35] We do it. It's all for you.
[00:14:37] So, yeah, there's something for everyone.
[00:14:39] Just for one of our listeners, I'm just hoping he's tuned in today.
[00:14:43] Right. Hint, hint. I love it. Let's shift back to toys because I am,
[00:14:47] I've got a lot of little ones on my list that I need to get toys for. And Lizzie,
[00:14:51] I know that you have a background in Japanese. I believe that's a fun fact that you know Japanese.
[00:14:55] I minored in it. I will never say I'm fluent. It's a constant study.
[00:15:01] But obviously that leads into the pop culture and that angle with your store,
[00:15:05] as far as I'm being able to bring some of that culture into the toy offering that you have.
[00:15:10] But you also look for employees that are very passionate about toys. And so talk a little
[00:15:15] bit about your culture in the store and also your employees and why that makes,
[00:15:19] because it's very important to deliver that experience to your guests when they're looking
[00:15:22] for special things to shop for.
[00:15:23] Yeah. No, Kappa Toys, our store motto is fun for all. And so we really try to see,
[00:15:30] you know, working, playing, everything through that lens. We do focus on the toys first. So even
[00:15:36] though we have a lot of Japanese inspiration to some of what we bring in, we want it to be play
[00:15:42] forward and all ages appropriate, which is something that you really have to pay attention to right now
[00:15:47] for anyone who's into anime, for example. Yeah. So our staff is really great at knowing where the line
[00:15:53] is and understanding like, like everything we bring in, even if it's from Japan, it's something that we
[00:15:59] could give a two-year-old or a 22-year-old. And if you want to come in and ask about the show your
[00:16:04] kids watching and if you should be worried, we're the store to do that.
[00:16:13] Mm-hmm.
[00:16:37] So it's really great to sort of create a store that has that fusion of bringing toys from all
[00:16:42] over the world. And we have toys that are made in America. We have toys that are made in Italy.
[00:16:46] Just come in and ask our staff and we'll show you around.
[00:16:49] I love it because it is truly a destination within Mall of America because to your point,
[00:16:53] you carry toys that you're not going to find at your big box retailers. They're very unique
[00:16:57] and you really customize towards toy lovers. And I think that's great. Are you guys looking to do some
[00:17:03] fun activations throughout the holidays in addition for people to come in and shop like some of those
[00:17:08] more immersive experiences with maybe some of the special brands?
[00:17:11] We definitely have some events coming up. Keep an eye on our website and on our social media because
[00:17:16] we are finalizing all the announcements. Some of them involve some very hot brands. So we have to
[00:17:21] make sure we have enough stock to handle the traffic. We do always have our bouncy pony pit with
[00:17:27] Rhodey, who's the Italian pony we sell. And anyone can just come and hop on a pony. They are safe for
[00:17:34] ages two plus, but adults can ride on them. They're safe for 400 pounds.
[00:17:38] So if you can walk into our store, you can hop on a roadie, come test them out. Man, I don't know
[00:17:44] what else. There is just so many interactive things in our store. There's a glow in the dark tunnel.
[00:17:49] There's the trading case. We just got Crocodile Dentist restocked so you can play a round of
[00:17:53] Crocodile Dentist with our staff. Yeah, like come and play.
[00:17:57] You know, I mentioned this before we started, which was I have three grandkids and they love going into
[00:18:02] your store. And one of the things that we love about it, first of all, it's big and bright,
[00:18:06] right? And there's plenty of space to move around and you have this unique selection,
[00:18:10] but they also love how the staff encourages them to play, especially in the back there.
[00:18:15] Yeah. They love that area where, especially the three-year-old and the six-year-old,
[00:18:19] they just are over the moon and it's hard to get them out of there. But it's an awesome experience
[00:18:25] because it just feels like a location that's filled with joy. And I think, like Jill said,
[00:18:30] I think that goes back to what your team is. You have a really good staff that engages with the guests.
[00:18:36] Yeah. And we really did plan for this really large space in Mall of America. We knew that people
[00:18:41] were going to run around a little bit and be a little rowdy. So that roadie pit and the glow tunnel
[00:18:46] really lets them burn off their energy safely in a way that doesn't hurt other guests or the toys.
[00:18:51] Parents and grandparents love that.
[00:18:53] Yeah, absolutely.
[00:18:54] It's good.
[00:18:55] Keep those kids busy. I love it. Well, both of you are female entrepreneurs,
[00:19:00] you're small business owners. We love to celebrate small business, not only in Mall of America,
[00:19:04] but across the marketplace and across the industry. It's really important because that's the lifeblood
[00:19:07] of the retail industry. It's really important for us to celebrate. We've got Small Business Saturday
[00:19:12] coming up along with just throughout the holidays. It allows people to get those really unique items
[00:19:17] and support that small business and entrepreneur. So as women business owners, what have you experienced?
[00:19:23] What's been your motivation? What has been your spark and also advice for other entrepreneurs
[00:19:28] that might be following this path? So Hilly, why don't you get started?
[00:19:31] Yeah, I think it was a huge milestone for me just last Friday to walk into the Mall of America
[00:19:37] and see our signage on a store. I started this business nine years ago and I now have a 10-year-old
[00:19:43] and a seven-year-old daughter. And I always forget just how much they're watching what I do until
[00:19:49] they say something to me. And I think, oh, I didn't realize you were even paying attention to that.
[00:19:53] And so for me, it's so cool to be able to build this life that I want and show my daughters what's
[00:20:01] possible in terms of where they could go or what the things that they could do. And I'm already seeing
[00:20:07] my 10-year-old showing interest in entrepreneurship. And so I think that for me has been
[00:20:13] kind of an unanticipated highlight. I didn't realize how much attention that they paid. And so
[00:20:18] I think going back to the shopping local piece, that has been so crucial for Minnesota as a state
[00:20:25] and how well they just adopted the market was just so cool to see. And just a little stat for you,
[00:20:31] if you are considering coming to the Mall that weekend, Black Friday, Small Business Saturday,
[00:20:36] 46 cents from every dollar that you spend at an independent retailer is invested directly back
[00:20:40] into your own community versus 14 cents for a corporation or just 2 cents for an online retailer.
[00:20:48] So, you know, you're not just supporting us as business owners. It's actually coming back to you
[00:20:53] and your community and your kids and things. So it's so important. And I think sometimes it gets lost in,
[00:21:00] you know, we get kind of desensitized to shop local as a concept, but it's so impactful. It's so impactful.
[00:21:07] That's great. Lizzie, how about you?
[00:21:08] I'm just really glad you brought up the spend amount as somebody who's, I mean, we do have a couple
[00:21:13] Capitois locations, but we still consider ourselves independent.
[00:21:16] I still remember being enraged one time at a Target because I saw on the wall that they had
[00:21:20] proudly printed 14 cents from every dollar goes back to your local community. And I was like,
[00:21:25] that's not the right number. That's not a happy thing. That's a sad thing.
[00:21:29] And it's just so important to remind people during this holiday season that it's not worth saving a dollar if it's taking the money away from your local community.
[00:21:37] So I would urge everyone to, you know, think about the local stuff you can do first.
[00:21:41] And I say that even as somebody who's, you know, a bit of a chain. It's still important to shop local and be mindful and polite.
[00:21:48] I try to tell my friends, if you're in a small business and you pull up Amazon to see if you can get it cheap for someone else,
[00:21:54] that's like being on a date and pulling up Tinder.
[00:21:57] Right.
[00:21:57] That is just so, at least leave the store.
[00:22:00] You're going to make someone cry.
[00:22:02] Is that wrong?
[00:22:03] No, I'm kidding. I'm kidding.
[00:22:05] Yeah, just go outside and look it up on Amazon.
[00:22:08] Don't do it in the store next to the shop employee who's trying to make their, you know, payroll this week.
[00:22:17] The motivation I always have for anyone wanting to be an entrepreneur is find a similar business and go work there for six months.
[00:22:23] I run into so many, we call them entrepreneurs that want to be an entrepreneur but haven't done the work yet.
[00:22:30] And you can lose so much money starting a coffee shop when you might not actually want to work in a coffee shop.
[00:22:36] So go work for someone else.
[00:22:38] If you don't want to do it after six months, you saved yourself a ton of money.
[00:22:41] You might have even gotten paid while you found out that you didn't want to do that thing.
[00:22:46] And you'd be surprised how much the great idea you have, somebody else is already doing it and it's a lot harder than it looks.
[00:22:53] That is great advice.
[00:22:54] That's really good advice.
[00:22:55] I love that a lot.
[00:22:56] It was great.
[00:22:57] Well, as we wrap up this episode, I would love for each of you to get final words.
[00:23:02] How do people connect with your brands?
[00:23:03] Where are they going to find you at the mall to remind them that?
[00:23:06] And just kind of final thoughts on getting everybody ready for their holiday shopping.
[00:23:10] So really get us started.
[00:23:11] Yeah, so the easiest way to find us is to park in the lot that is right by the Crayola Experience sign.
[00:23:17] You can't miss that if you're coming in on Killebrew Drive.
[00:23:20] Park in that east ramp there and just come straight through L.L. Bean and we're the first store as you exit L.L. Bean.
[00:23:25] So S104 if you're looking us up.
[00:23:28] And then you can find us online at Minneapolis Craft Market is mplscraftmarket.com.
[00:23:34] And all of our social media links are on the website and all of our events.
[00:23:38] That's great.
[00:23:39] So do your pre-shopping online but then come in person to come visit us here at Mall of America.
[00:23:44] I love that.
[00:23:45] Okay.
[00:23:46] Give them the instructions of how to find Kappa Toys.
[00:23:49] Well, you know, the basic I already said, go to the Lego store, go up to the second level, turn to your left, you'll find us.
[00:23:55] I do also like to say you can park at the parking lot at Radisson pretty easy right there.
[00:23:59] And it's kind of a secret way to come in and get to us really fast.
[00:24:03] Shout out to the Radisson team and the awesome restaurant there.
[00:24:06] And then kind of secret, we've got kappa toys.com and you can order online and do in-store pickup.
[00:24:13] So that can be a really good way, especially if it's a hot item that we just got a tiny bit of stock back in or something like that.
[00:24:20] You can order it online and not have to worry about will it still be in stock if I come in on Saturday or Black Friday.
[00:24:25] So, yeah.
[00:24:27] So check out kappa toys.com and we're looking forward to seeing you and playing with everyone in the roadie pit.
[00:24:32] Awesome.
[00:24:33] Dan, you have some ideas for your family?
