Minnesota hockey legend Natalie Darwitz joins the show to share her perspective as a three-time Olympic medalist with the United States women's national ice hockey team. Natalie takes us inside the experience of competing at the Olympics, the pressure and emotion of representing Team USA, and what makes Olympic hockey unlike any other tournament. 

 

Now leading Darwitz Hockey Development, Natalie is focused on mentoring the next generation of athletes. She shares lessons from her Olympic journey, the importance of mindset and resilience, and advice for young players who dream of one day stepping onto the Olympic stage themselves.
